Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized JETS UK courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
